Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
If you receive damaged products, please contact us and send us a video as soon as possible. This will help us resolve the issue.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and release the refund.
